We submit claims on your behalf to most major medical aids for your convenience. For patients paying privately, the account is to be settled on consultation. We have a card machine available to settle the account after your session.
Excluded Schemes: We are currently unable to submit to Umvuzo, Sizwe, Hosmed, and Samwumed. Patients on these schemes will need to settle directly and claim back.
Disclaimer: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the payment of all services rendered. Should your medical aid decline a claim for any reason, the balance will remain due and payable by you personally.
Everything you need to know before your assessment.
I am a first-line practitioner, meaning you do not need a referral from a doctor to see me. However, please note that certain medical aids may require a doctor's referral letter before they approve your claim.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. If you're coming in for a knee or leg issue, shorts are ideal. For shoulder or back issues, a vest or loose t-shirt allows us to examine the area properly.
Our priority is always your comfort and safety. Certain techniques (like deep tissue release or dry needling) may cause mild, temporary discomfort as we work to relieve tension and restore mobility. We maintain constant communication and will adjust the treatment intensity to your tolerance.
Because we provide personalized treatment plans, the number of sessions varies greatly depending on the severity of your condition, your recovery goals, and how actively you participate in your home exercise program. We'll outline an expected treatment timeline during your initial assessment.
